              I was called by a 1-800-accountant salesperson while in the midst of searching for a new accountant. I was pitched and sold services that ultimately were not applicable to my situation, which I quickly learned by speaking with one of their accountants. I then filed a refund request and they took months to fulfill on it and ultimately said that they cant issue refunds after 30 days. So I am stuck with a service that I dont need and cant use, which cost $3500. *** never spent that much on an accountant filing personal tax returns Very confusing and upsetting. Id recommend most folks stay away from this company.

              First off do this...Save yourself some money even if you use them, go to ZenBusiness and they are partnered with ***** Accountant and offer the same service for 1/3rd the price...1800 Accountant charged me triple and they dont batt an eye...I wish I would have read the reviews first...I am still in the process...but this has been the most stressful experience ever...I hired the "experts" to take the stress out, but it has been the opposite of that..I had a co-worker use his local accountant and everything was said and done in 48 hours...here i am 2 weeks in and still not getting anywhere...There is no communications whatsoever, you have so many layers of people to get through that you get handed back and forth between them...not my job, basically...just RUN!!!
