We purchased furniture in 2020. They messed up our order from the beginning and weve had warranty claims on almost every piece. The finish is bubbling and the paint is peeling off. Over 2 years later there is no resolution. Poor customer service and poor quality merchandise.

In October 2021 I purchased some outdoor furniture from FBS. All but one piece was delivered intact. But one piece, an ottoman was stained. The store said they would replace it. It is now 19 months since I ordered this furniture and FBS cannot or will not replace this Ottoman. FBS has, on many occasions tried to rectify this situation by 1) delivering another stained ottoman as a replacement or 2) repeatedly calling my house and setting up a delivery date but not showing up. For all of these reasons, I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!

Liars. All of the sales people must be instructed to lie. I purchased multiple sets of furniture for my new deck last November and was promised speedy delivery. (I'd have it in no less than 2 months). Immediately after getting approval for the new credit card through Fortunoff (to get special financing) I was told delivery would not happen for 3 months. Then 3 mo, 2 weeks, then 4 mo, then 4 mo & 2 weeks, and so on... Every time i called, they gave me new dates, had new excuses & many times insinuated I was lying or mistaken by telling me the new date was the date they told me on a previous call (which it wasn't). After 5 months of waiting for it to ship, i asked them to find me a floor model, to which they said there are absolutely non in our region. I went into another location which i visited before & there was the set i was waiting .. in the exact same spot it was 6 months previously. The sales person at that location said that someone is picking that one up this week... I went back a week later to find it was still sitting there. I think they are using the floor models to get the interest & then lying about the shipping to make the sales. I really liked the set we ordered, but the lying across all the representatives across all stores is just disgraceful. Almost 8 months later and they just said they need to push back delivery another 2 months. I'll go pay a much higher price for a nice set somewhere else to deal with someone more honest. Don't go to Fortunoff unless you don't mind being strung along & lied to.
