******** Review Positives:- Nice engine.- Nice alternator.- Sturdy, well built frame.Negatives:- Poor customer service, phone calls not returned, problems not corrected.- Unit not fully tested on propane and natural gas, my unit will only run on natural gas, propane doesnt work because the propane o****** is too large, flooding the engine with propane.- Chinese made sealed lead acid battery had leaked into battery box when unit was received.- Battery box is made for a 5Ah battery, but the unit comes with a 9Ah battery. Battery box lid is missing in order to accommodate the oversized battery.- Fuel conversion requires moving fuel hose from one port to another, no selector valve.- No automatic frequency regulation, engine speed governor is the only means of frequency control. Therefore, no-load frequency is greater than 60Hz and full-load frequency is less than 60Hz.- No automatic voltage regulation.- Engine not fully bolted to frame. Washers not used on engine/alternator mounting hardware.- **************** (because of no response from the service department) referred me to their engine supplier (Carb and ***** Systems; ********, *********) to remedy the propane flooding issue. It has taken Carb and ***** more than two months to acknowledge there is a problem. They are ordering parts for it. I guess its my problem and responsibility to fix it? I dont know when I will get the replacement parts. How many defective units are out there? Buyer Beware.
