I have been doing business with Global Industrial for around a year now. They have great prices and fast shipping. I have never had an issue with any of their products or their customer service. I find their website to be very user friendly and if you have a question their customer service people are happy to answer them. I will continue to recommend them and buy from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! My items arrived damaged. I had an accreditations inspection for my hospital and let them know I needed the damaged item removed before the accreditation team came in. They were unresponsive to the need to have this item removed. It was not removed by my inspection date. The huge damaged item is still sitting in my pharmacy hallway because we are "required" to keep it at this location. Just received a shipment notification for the replacement product. Tried to reach out to claims to ask if there is a pick up date scheduled for the damaged product. We have a small facility less than ****sqft. My location physically does not have the space for 2 of these. Tried to ask if there was a scheduled pick up for the damaged product and keep getting the same canned claims processes take up to 35 days. This is the worst customer service ever received for damaged items. You can not actually speak to a claims agent. I have told them where I need to store the item because I can't install is creating a safety issue and now I will need to close off an entire hallway because I do not have space. Most unreasonable company to work with!

Global does not provide any replacement parts for any of its fans. Bought 3 fans and my builder at our fault distroyed or misplaced the remotes. I wanted to purchase 3 more remotes for these fans and short of buyinig a new fan they do not sell any replacment parts. So unless you expect the fans to work forever do not buy these fans or any fans from Glbal industrial. There will be no support for them .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They falsely advertised a product on their website. It said it had a maximum capacity of **** lbs., however, once receiving the item the owner's manual clearly stated a capacity of 500 lbs. and thus the product was inoperable for us. If the item was properly advertised as having a capacity of 500 lbs., we would never have bought this item. It took us over 3 months to return it!!! Felt like they were hoping I would give up and we would just eat the loss. Every single email was from a different person, and thus I had to reiterate the problem multiple times. Horrible customer service. They only refunded us once I pointed out that false advertisement is illegal. I wish I saw the other negative reviews before purchasing from them. ****** learned.
