I asked for a quote to insure my home and the first demand they had, was to provide information as to whom is it insured with currently, and how much I was paying. I told them that I prefer an independent, unbiased quote, not a comparable quote to just undercut the competition and that I would prefer they do their own research and not merely a discount of what I am currently paying. They brushed me off saying they can't help me, as they don't want to waste their time, nor mine. Not very professional or customer oriented. Happy I walked away!

******************* reached out to our company for a home insurance quote on Memorial Day Monday May 27th at 9:31am. I responded at 9;32:29 asking for his address to see if his home qualified for any of our high net worth insurance companies as this is the only type of insurance that we provide. When he forwarded his address I researched the home to see if it would be a fit. I initially didnt think it would be a fit for us so I asked him which company was currently insuring the home and what the cost of insurance was. I suspect that I was going to tell him that we would not be able to help him and that he should stay where he is. He thought that we were just going to undercut his current company but that was not the case at all. I was just trying to see if he qualified for any of our carriers which he probably would not. Our firm is very professional and customer orientated. After all what other ********************** agency would respond to an inquiry in one minute and 29 seconds on Memorial Day. I apologize if he was offended in any way that was certainly not my intention.
