              Have repeatedly asked NY Life to stop sending paper mail. I'm supposed to be set to Do Not Mail yet it keeps coming. There is no reason to send paper mail -- I am not going to change my policy, purchase another NY Life product, vote for board members, etc. I want NY Life to stop sending paper mail as I repeatedly requested. Thank you.

              Company is horrible. M employer works contracts with this company for disability. They have employees that do not like to do their jobs. Delayed my surgery time by weeks, because case worker decided to extend vacation for several weeks. ?No communication.

              Based on the information the customer provided we are unable to determine which specific claim they are referring to. We sent the customer an email on June 20, 2024 to obtain more information and try to assist with the concerns they are having. If the customer is willing to provide more information to us full name, incident number for their claim, DOB, etc - we'd be glad to look into this further.
