            Dear customer service, I had bought in April 2021 a service called weekly option alert from the TradeWins publishing company. I paid 5000 dollars for the service. In the first 3 weeks after the purchase l had lost 3000 dollars. I phoned them and the answer was that l do not have to place the trade if l feel so. When l purchased the service l have been told that the alerts details will be send via email which they did but not very clearly specified when to enter the trade and when to exit. I have used other services from other companies that were cheaper than this but well explained,step by step. I also l haven’t been told that the service will be for 2 years. I wanted to subscribe for a year and see if it is worth to carry on. I phoned the company and asked for the money back and they said that will be a refund only at the end of the year if l can proof that l wasn’t in profit. How can l place trades if l lost already a great amount of money. No receipt or invoice given.

            I had used ************** a few years ago then he sold the rights to his name and methods to some not so ethical people. They started selling the service for $5000. I called out some bogus math formulas used to analyze trades and they were removed.If you read the current download it is many pages of barely intelligible information and never finishes a train of thought or gives a coherent method. All the information is ten years old and doesn't apply now. The only reason for the existence of this type of service is to sell their story and set up a subscription.Ask if anybody at their service actually owns any of their recommendations or makes the trades they recommend. I think you will find the answer is no.
