    I chose to order Lenses for my Eyeglass Frames from LENSDIRECT.com on 4/26/24. I ordered lenses for TWO separate Prescription Eyeglass Frames -- "A" and "Z". I uploaded TWO separate Rx files from my doctor -- "A" and "Z". I sent in both frames, careful to put them in separate boxes that coordinated with each separate Rx Order -- "A" and "Z". I paid for Expedited 2-********* shipping. I waited two weeks and received the separate Lens Filled Frames in TWO separate boxes. Trying each on... something wasn't right. But it was a Friday evening and I would have to wait until Monday to take BOTH to my eye doctor so she could read the Lenses and tell me if they were correct. They WERE NOT! Frame "A" had Rx "A". Frame "Z" had Rx "A" in the Left Lens, and some crazy #s in the Right Lens my eye doctor can't figure out WHAT they were referencing. So... Rx "Z" was not fulfilled at all, despite my being meticulous in documentation, and sending the frames in the correct box, referencing the correct shipping tracking and labeling. They completely ignored Rx "Z". I phoned customer service Monday afternoon (5/20/24) and spoke with ************************* (customer service). She acknowledged that they had indeed (incorrectly) filled only the "A" Rx, in Both Frames. I told her I wanted my money refunded for the incorrect Rx ($139). She said the company's policy was to not refund. She offered to have me resend my frames, wait another 2 weeks, and they would re-do the Rx for no charge. I told her I no longer trust this company to do this correctly since they screwed up this badly on such an easy job. I insisted I wanted a refund. She has called 3 more times, offering again, to re do the lenses for no extra charge (like, of COURSE, you should do this for no extra charge!!). I've continually insisted on a refund. I see on BBB, this is common with this company AND that they've resolved with refunds. My total cost -- $139 (lenses) + $2.99 (shipping box) + $19.95 ***** 2-Day

    If I could give zero stars I would. They made my lenses with the incorrect RX as well as to large for my frames I sent. After admitting they were incorrect they refuse to refund my money. I have no faith in this company and will be taking my business local. This is why its always better to do business with a brick and mortar establishment. I spoke to 6 individuals by text. Just save time and say no matter your experience we will not refund your money no matter how bad we mess up.
