            Initial transaction of annual furnace service cleaning with ******* was on 9/16. Work performed and invoice paid. ($219) On October 23, black smoke and soot was bellowing from exhaust (direct vent). Called ******* on October 25 and service person arrived, after a while determined that a faulty nozzle had been installed at the September visit by the ******* rep. I was billed again for cleaning, new nozzle and gasket. When I asked the rep if I was going to be billed again for same service as a month prior he said, yes, of course. I paid the cleaning **** for 10/25 visit of $239. Meanwhile, beside being billed twice for routine cleaning, I spent an hour cleaning the exterior of the house, which was an oily mess.

            Took advantage of my Mom - installed a shower head that doesn't work and after repeated calls - still charged $800 and did not fix the original problem. Does not stand behind work. Cut hole in wall and left a mess - put sheetrock from wall behind washing machine! She has NO hot water in her shower! They know the issue and did NOTHING! Took the $$ and ran and deserted her! DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING SERVICE! No integrity!
