    During purchasing of vehicle, Honda warranty was touted as being unlimited and covering everything. Less than a month into owning vehicle, service shop recommended engine replacement due to "metal shavings." No one, in sales or service, told us that the warranty had a limit, as we were led to believe otherwise. Engine was replaced, covered mostly by warranty, but completely exhausting the warranty a month into owning said vehicle. Car needed repair last week, and that's when we found out that our warranty was completely exhausted. None of this was communicated at any point in time. Spoke with sales manager day of, and even he stated he was unaware that warranty had a limit. Extremely unprofessional.All occasions kept on file at Honda.

    While I was leaving the dealer today one of their detailers backed one of their brand new Hondas into my car causing body damage to both vehicles. A sales manager was in the parking lot and saw the damage to both cars. He told me to come back into the dealership. Shortly thereafter he told me theyd fix their car and I would have to fix mine. I requested the police come. He told me to call them myself. I went outside and called them. Suffice it to say they had already replaced the bumper on their vehicle before I even got my police report. The service mechanic took me to the back to allow me to take pictures of the bumper he just took off the damaged *********** however is still damaged and will require a trip to the body shop. Its also now depreciated in value because its now been in an accident. It took three hours for them to provide an insurance policy number to the police officer. The ** didnt even have the decency to come and make sure I was ok or provide me a business card, instead he gave it to the police officer to give to me. This dealer is horrible. My previously undamaged vehicle got hit by their vehicle on their property and Im going to have to pay my deductible and rental fees and they couldnt even communicate with me or offer me a bottle of water while I waited 3 hours for them to provide an insurance policy number.

    The officer that came to the lot summarized that it was both parties liability and asked me as the ** to speak with him. The delay came as we use a Vendor to detail cars and they had the accident and it took them a little while to get the information the officer wanted. I was busy calling the regional manager who has agreed to fix her vehicle. It happened on our lot with two separate parties and I followed the officers directions. I had asked him multiple times if they needed something to drink and the had told me they were fine. I had told the officer I would be glad to follow up with ************ since it was taking so long but he said no that he had to handle it since she called to have a report done. Again I have made sure ****************** will pay for any damages. I apologize if ************* was not communicated this but the can reach out to me anytime
