      While I was leaving the dealer today one of their detailers backed one of their brand new Hondas into my car causing body damage to both vehicles. A sales manager was in the parking lot and saw the damage to both cars. He told me to come back into the dealership. Shortly thereafter he told me theyd fix their car and I would have to fix mine. I requested the police come. He told me to call them myself. I went outside and called them. Suffice it to say they had already replaced the bumper on their vehicle before I even got my police report. The service mechanic took me to the back to allow me to take pictures of the bumper he just took off the damaged *********** however is still damaged and will require a trip to the body shop. Its also now depreciated in value because its now been in an accident. It took three hours for them to provide an insurance policy number to the police officer. The ** didnt even have the decency to come and make sure I was ok or provide me a business card, instead he gave it to the police officer to give to me. This dealer is horrible. My previously undamaged vehicle got hit by their vehicle on their property and Im going to have to pay my deductible and rental fees and they couldnt even communicate with me or offer me a bottle of water while I waited 3 hours for them to provide an insurance policy number.

      The officer that came to the lot summarized that it was both parties liability and asked me as the ** to speak with him. The delay came as we use a Vendor to detail cars and they had the accident and it took them a little while to get the information the officer wanted. I was busy calling the regional manager who has agreed to fix her vehicle. It happened on our lot with two separate parties and I followed the officers directions. I had asked him multiple times if they needed something to drink and the had told me they were fine. I had told the officer I would be glad to follow up with ************ since it was taking so long but he said no that he had to handle it since she called to have a report done. Again I have made sure ****************** will pay for any damages. I apologize if ************* was not communicated this but the can reach out to me anytime

      Never EVER deal with Honda of Gainesville. Never buy a car from there. I purchased a car (Honda civic) a little under 2 months ago that I was told it was never in an accident. This car has been in a minor accident they patched up w/e was wrong with it. Pieces missing from under the hood, paint uneven on the car and 2 different blacks if you look close enough. Pieces are even hanging from under the hood. Ive been sold a lemon. The front right strut was broken, the spark plugs was detached from the engine and the engine had an oil leak. The A/C was blowing warm air 2 weeks after purchasing, oil change light cam on 2 weeks after i had the car also. This car was not serviced before put out for sale. This was the worst buy EVER!!! The salesman that sold me the car and the manager didnt seem to even care about anything. Yes, they sold it this way. Ive only had my car a little under 2 months and Ive had all these problems. they kept telling me my car would be ready this day and it wasnt. This was the worst car buying deal service Ive ever had.

      Do NOT use Honda of Gainesville for your automotive needs!! They have VERY shady business practices! I cannot believe that American Honda allows this to happen! Yes, i have filed a complaint with them both!. Upon my suggestion, my daughter took her car to a Honda dealer for a starter problem (52k miles). She took it to Honda of Gainesville, that was her mistake! They charged her $770 for a Remanufactured starter, that Honda retails for $462! Dealer cost for this part is $277. How do i know this? I have worked in a honest Honda dealers parts department for many years! ****** this Honda part number, 06312-5A2-506RM. BTW, American Honda's customer care service line, was also very unsympathetic! Said they have no control over prices THEIR dealers charge. Really? Moral to this story .... buy a ********

      Worldwide shortage of parts availability have impacted costs significantly and we hope that this subsides in the near future. We make many efforts thru our Morgan card to offer every discount available to ease this inflation.

      Misleading yo-yo financing practices at Honda of Gainesville. I purchased a car that was in transit. On the day of purchase, I worked with ******************* the finance manager, on an auto loan and signed a financing contract. In the time before the car arrived to Gainesville, I received a letter in the mail from a local bank saying that there was an issue with the loan. I contacted Honda of Gainesville and was assured that they had taken care of everything, and I was advised to ignore the letter so I took delivery of the car when it arrived and assumed all was well. Then, five days later (after my salesperson followed up to make sure that I loved the car), R B contacted me to say that they couldnt honor the terms of the loan anymore and told me that I had to come back to the dealership to sign a new financing contract with a higher interest rate or pay them more money. When I questioned this, they threatened to repossess the car. I spoke multiple times with the general manager, *****************, as well as with ********************** at the Morgan Auto Group, but no one accepted responsibility or resolved the issue.

      ****************** charges an outrageous fee of ****** to hook up to computer and diagnose Hondas codes. Other dealerships charge nothing. Then they find something and up sell to further pad the **** to justify their Outrageous fee.

      I have been a customer of ********************** for close to a decade and can honestly admit I have never had any issue. However today, I experienced the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any business I have ever patronized. Not only did I wait for a 30 minute service for over 4 hours, caused by damages done by their service technicians but also I experienced horrible service from the service manager. He was completely aggressively disregarding, condescending, argumentative, and refused to allow my husband or I an opportunity to converse with him, utilizing his hands to signaling us to refrain from talking as he constantly over talked us. Not once did he apologize for ANYTHING. I reached out to the general manager and initially informed him of my intent of this follow up was to ensure this never happen again to anyone. Yet, instead of a level of understanding, the ** *** utilized that time to defend his staff. It was just horrible. They have surely lost a customer and the support of anyone I know!

      Prices on parts almost 5 times what they cost at an auto parts store Example: I was charged $139 each for two wheel bearings that can be purchased at an auto parts store for $37 each. Charged $219 for an axel that can be purchased at an auto parts store for $150 Labor charges were $233 per hour. Was told Technicians/Mechanics are paid $30 Added miscellaneous fee $40 for buying rags to clean the shop after my car received two wheel bearings, an axel, and rear break caliper. Total **** $2,250 ************ down the street at City Auto Repair was estimated at $1,500 I was grossly overcharged by Honda of Gainesville for service on my Civic They agreed to refund $150 *** and stated there is a cap. (I paid them $200 for the overpriced wheel bearings alone.)Extremely disappointed in the fee for service that I received at this dealership!!!They should be ashamed of themselves for their grossly inflated pricing on both parts and labor.Never EVER going back there.

      I would like to start by saying that I have been in customer service for over 25 years and Honda of Gainesville is phenomenal. They really have the customer experience over here ! With having previous horrific car buying experiences, I have to admit I was a little gun shy going into this, but everyone at Honda of Gainesville was not only more than helpful and friendly, but I didn't have someone bird dogging me, it was nice. This was really all about finding me the right vehicle that I not only wanted to have, but with the changing times (gas prices) I needed to have. The sales associate I was working with (Jonard), made the entire process very easy. He did not act like a typical car salesperson. He did his job fast, correctly, and most importantly he did not waste my time. Even though this dealership did not have the exact vehicle that I wanted at their location, Jonard located it at another dealership and went there personally to pick my new car up for me ! As soon as he got back with it, he had it washed, detailed, and gassed up ready to go. I did have to sign a few papers with Luis in the finance department and he also did a great job ! He was polite, not pushy, and accurate. Luis made the finance side of this process super easy and seamless for me. I got a great deal and I am more than satisfied with my purchase. I got a brand new car, had the red carpet rolled out, and drove off the lot thinking, WOW !!!!!!!!!! Now that's what I'm talkin bout ! Lara 5-17-21
