Ive shopped with BFS in Winfield online numerous times and Ive never had a problem with the fabrics, nor delivery. Delivery is very quick might I add!! Its a 10+ for me. Customer service is great as well!!Review from Janet B

I purchased several yards of upholstery grade fabric to cover a chair. They were the only ones that had a good selection of heavy grade fabrics to choose from and I found a lovely pattern. Great value for the money. Will not hesitate to shop again.Best Fabric Store Response

We have moved into several houses through out the years and I have always found joy in sewing new curtains. Lots of windows in my houses and lots of sewing. Always have loved shopping in this store because of the many beautiful fabrics and the reasonable prices. An added bonus is the very quick delivery. Also, samples of the fabric are available to make the selection of fabric easier. Great company. If ever I needed to talk to them, all I had to do was call them during business hours and they were always available to answer my questions.Best Fabric Store Response

I haven't been dissatisfied yet! The fabric choices are the best for sure! Top of the line fabrics! I can get the yardage in the quantities I need at a price I can afford! Heck yeah! :) their pound goods are always fun to dig through! Lots of hidden treasures!Best Fabric Store Response

This place is awesome! The fabric is honestly quality fabric and such great prices! They are pretty fast at making sure you get your order and anytime I have questions **** and ******* are always so helpful! Dann is also very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to any questions with custom sewing! I recommend them 10/10!!Best Fabric Store Response

I ordered a fabric with the same brand name, same color as a previous fabric I used a month earlier. The fabric that came was not the same color, texture, or quality. The color doesn't even remotely match what was shown online. Now I have to pay an arm and a leg to send it back because they won't take responsibility for sending cheap, crappy products. They won't even split shipping with me. Not buying from them again!Best Fabric Store Response

What she chose to order from us was our cheap economy vinyl for tablecloths, where what she ordered from the other company was an upholstery vinyl. She wanted us to pay the full shipping for the return and we refused anything but refunding her product upon return. Then she wanted us to split the shipping with her but we couldn't do that either. The return alone costs us money and employee time so it's already a loss for us. She was just mad because our cheaper option fabric didn't match her higher priced product from another company. That's VERY unfair of her to expect. We offer samples as well that she could have used to compare to her product from the other company but she ordered yardage instead.Review from Mary W

We do apologize that we failed to follow through on your credit, much like everyone else right now we are dealing with staffing issues, I say that not as an excuse, but in hopes that you understand we aren't normally as incompetent as we have been in this case.
