              Disabled Senior hired them to settle debt for what they told me pennies on the dollar or uncollectable or get all interest removed and payment agreement. I paid them ******* which I demand back. Every month they took my money with no calls or updates! Now they call and say we settled for ****** a month. I was like I'm going on social security I can't do that. I was told if I don't pay a lien will be put on my home. These people did not do anything except set up a payment plan for ******* bucks! I have an IRS log in. I went in yesterday and they will accept ****** a month with no lien but no interest taken away. So, what did I pay ******* for. I was fully taken advantage of. I'm requesting a 100% refund. I have settled this myself for much less! I was promised the world and got screwed! If they don't want to refund me in full, I have all day to write emails to every State and ************************* This is a crime what they do to seniors! They never call back and the customer service is horrible! I hope they feel good stealing from a disabled senior.

              All we are getting is lip service! We paid in over $6,000 dollars over a year ago and have seen no relief! Now my wife is getting letters from the *** threatening to invoke a lien on her property! They keep promising action but nothing yet. Totally disgusted with this, total rip off!
