I appreciated my experience with *********** DriveTime because of my Salesperson,******.He was honest, offered options in my selection vehicles, and met me on my level of understanding and expertise. It was refreshing to be heard and not belittled by being underestimated, or treated as if I had no idea what was in my best interest.I have already recommended ****** to a friend.Thank you to all the staff for being kind and helpful.Review from TERESA R

I have really enjoyed working with this company they do their best to get you into a vehicle give you all the information needed for before the purchase . This is my second vehicle getting from drivetime and I enjoyed new management and team members I will and always have referred people to go to drivetime if your credit needs to get fixed or you cant get financed due to credit issuesReview from Austin R

Positives: - Price of the vehicle was good. That was about it on positives. Negatives: - vehicle had over 5000 additional miles than was advertised. - terrible customer service - truck wasnt clean - fuel wasnt full - no floor mats in vehicle - no service records on vehicle I will not refer anyone to this dealership, I will not purchase another vehicle from DriveTime.DriveTime Response

We are saddened to hear the customer was dissatisfied with the condition of their vehicle. you that we do offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP) which allows time for any customer to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. If they are not pleased with their vehicle, they can bring it back within the first 5 business days or 300 miles (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed and Sundays). That said, we apologize once more for our customer's dissatisfaction with our **********************. We arrived at the Drive Time Location in ******, **, and saw the selection of vehicles was within our price range. A few had high mileage until we continued into the second lot to find a better option within our price range and had great miles. We spoke with the representative who worked there and he helped us test-drive the vehicle. Something we really liked was that the representative wasn't on our tail asking us to many questions he allowed us to actually have some alone time, inspect the vehicle and be able to discuss things amount ourselves with out having the worry of someone is listening in. This allowed us to make a comfortable discussion about the vehicle. Once we were ready we spoke with the representative who bag the paperwork for us along with appraising the value of our trade in -- which we got a good deal! All in all the process was quick, sign a few documents and we were out with our purchase and very happy.Review from Yogi L

I mean the staff was great, and patient. They went above and beyond to get my family the car we need. But, the car we got wasn't cleaned, there was a box of flat fix where the vehicles **** should have been and they just didn't do simple maintenance on the vehicle. It's almost like they just took it from the last owner and gave it right to me. But the staff was great though.DriveTime Response

I hate to go to these car lots where , they keep you there all day and take up all your time, just to give you bad news or to go back and forward with the banks. Its just such a long, discouraging, and disappointing situation. But Drive Time was Different!!! They got me in, got me the car I wanted, and got me out!!! I loved it! I drove 2 hours after work to get a specific vehicle, which was being sold as I arrived! I was too say the least pi**ed!! ******* made sure to help me get approved and find a car, and ******* took over when he had to leave. She stayed late with us (until like 10:30ish & they close at 8) to make sure that we drove away with a better vehicle. Everything happens for a reason and maybe this happened for us to ****************!! I would definitely buy another car from them.Review from Steven S

The only flaw with purchase is the car was advertised as having rear view camera and that wasnt in car and a full tank of gas would have be nice when I drive almost 3 hours to the location but customer service was awesome and great atmosphere!!Review from Michael D
