About Us
The Better Business Bureau has empowered people to find businesses, brands and charities they can trust for more than 110 years. BBB Serving Western Pennsylvania was founded in 1931 and serves the 28 counties of Western PA. Our office has relocated to Crafton, PA. We no longer accept walk-in traffic, however, you can "Book an Appointment" with BBB staff; see below. Appointments are available Tuesday - Thursday 9:00 am - 3:30 pm. Complaints submitted to BBB are now only accepted through the online form on BBB.org. BBB has transitioned systemwide to a standardized online-only complaint submission process.

Book an Appointment
Our office has relocated to Crafton, PA. We no longer accept walk-in traffic, however, you can "Book an Appointment" with BBB staff. Appointments are available Tuesday - Thursday 9:00 am - 3:30 pm. Book an appointment with BBB staff regarding current Accredited Business needs, to discuss the benefits of BBB Accreditation, for assistance with filing a dispute, to drop off documents/payment and more!
File a Complaint
Complaints submitted to BBB are now only accepted through the online form on BBB.org. BBB has transitioned systemwide to a standardized online-only complaint submission process.
Secure Your ID Day
