            This business conned me. I did a shop for them and I was told that I must tour two properties to get paid. They also added an unusual large bonus. During the tour the agent refused to show me another apartment because they had nothing available to show. I Honesty relied the information. I was told I would not be paid after they asked me for more information and accepted my report.

            For reference, this matter involved a mystery shopping job this consumer elected to do as an independent contractor for Confero. I investigated the situation, and this is what I discovered. Our editor initially rejected your mystery shopping report from your visit because there was missing information that our client required. You sent us the missing info (thank you) and your shop report was reinstated. There was a mix up when reinstating your shop report because the second visit did not take place - which our client expected. Our editor was able to correct this also. I am not sure of the date you submitted this review, but the matter was resolved on 5/28 mid-day. Confero is not conning anyone. We are a reputable, legitimate customer experience research company in operation for 37+ years. Our relationship with independently contracted mystery shoppers is important to us.
