            Someone stole my partners Credit Card and they would not refund the card since we did not purchase tickets. Went through hoops with customer service. All they kept asking me was for more of my personal information such as Address, Phone number, email and CC#. Provided the bare minimum and confirmed that they will not get any more of my info as I know for a fact I've never ordered tickets through these scammers. After walking in circles for a while with customer service, I just wanted Whose name is on the tickets and to what show they were purchased for. They would not even tell me what show the tickets were purchased for with MY CARD. They told me for privacy and safety practices they could not disclose that information, but yet I can be asked to disclose everything but my social security number for them to verify/validate nothing and do nothing. Supposedly someone is to reach out to me within 24 hours at this point so I will follow up after 11am tomorrow. This company seems not legit, thieves and don't care that people are using stolen cards to purchase their tickets...
