      A bad company, with no morals and horrible customer service. They mail a completely chopped away basil plant. I wish I could post picture with review. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! EVER ! UNDER *** CIRCUMSTANCES DON'T BUY HERE!

      Dear Ms. ******, After receiving your email on Friday, April 5th, at 3:52 p.m., we attempted to contact you via telephone at 5:10 pm that same evening. However, you declined to engage in a telephone conversation, which would have allowed us to extend a personal apology and provide a detailed explanation concerning our employee's accidental sourcing of the incorrect crop. Subsequently, despite receiving more than 40 emails from you within a 24-hour timeframe, many of which contained unkind remarks directed at our staff, we have taken the initiative to extend our apologies through multiple emails. We issued a completed refund for the order with the response previously stated in our emails, " Gardening is a passion for all of us here, and we genuinely don't want this situation to cause any distress. "We have already processed a refund for you and hope that you will continue to excel in your future gardening pursuits."

      Plants arrived super fast and was in excellent condition. I can't wait to plant them. Brings back a lot of childhood memories of my dad and I picking wild strawberries when I about 5 or 6 years old! I ate more than I picked!! Lol

      I'm writing this before reading any other reviews. My experience was excellent. I ordered 2 Bay Leaf trees. They were properly packed and arrived as promised. They are in great shape. Price point was good. Now, I'll read the other comments.

      Let the buyer beware. Guarantee isn't really a guarantee. Two stars because all the plants looked fine except for one. I followed instructions they gave to report the problem. I really wanted a new plant - not necessarily the thyme plant that should never have been shipped out in its sad condition, just an exchange for something of equal value that would grow in zone 7. Nope! Disappointed, I accepted the refund and won't be returning there for anything.

      Order arrived in excellent shipping condition. Transplanted all into organic soil into bigger sterile pots. One basil plant turned brown and died. One is doing same. I have grown basil for 20 years and none have done this before. Bergamot plant not as pictured on their site. They responded once to my email regarding the bergamot saying their horticulture department said they cut leaves back to allow for new growth. It is drying up and hasn’t grown at all. A lantana plant also almost died, but I have rejuvenated it. Remainder of herbs are okay. I emailed pictures and have received no response. Do not order from this company.
