My elderly mother and I can't even get a call or email back from Geremia pools for dealing with pool cleaning services at her home. Ever since the new ownership the ability to get someone out to do the job they were hired and paid for has fallen into non-performance, repeated no shows, and maybe a few times they have shown, you can't see that any maintenance work has been done. At this point the pool is a mess and emails and phone messages do not work despite repeated attempts.No stars. No service - no stars but forced to put in one star. Avoid or work with a lawyer for your pool services in conjunction with this company who has fallen from high reputation to unreliable.

There is not enough space to type out everything we have experienced with Geremia Pools and Landscapings unscrupulous business practices and poor workmanship! We began in 2021. It is now 2023 and we still have an incomplete front yard, backyard, and new pool installation. We have damage to our preexisting property and many defects. Geremia representatives are difficult to get on the phone, do subpar work, use subcontractors when their website claimed all work was done in house, and did not meet our contractual end date or give any updates on when our project would be completed. We have very long cracks all over our shotcrete pool shell. Geremia offered to fix the cracks with epoxy injection which was referred to in my research as a band aid fix. This pool is supposed to be brand new! Geremia didn't want to test anything. Our site supervisor was rarely on our property. There were multiple unapproved deviations from our plans, safety concerns, and issues with our design that leave us with bubblers that will not function as advertised, a bench we did not want and were told is required by law (which is not true), and we had concrete columns floating over our waterline where swimmers could hit their heads. I was told my preferred repair could not be done because it wouldnt pass code. That was not true. An individual, who we were led to believe is a Geremia employee, hired unlicensed workers to do our dig. Several Geremia reviews are written by employees, family, ******** friends, etc. We were not able to use our backyard for ************************************************ pool. I am back to a dirt lot which is worse than where we started. They have not been out to do work since approximately October of 2022, have not worked with us in the testing of our property to determine the appropriate path of repair, declined mediation, and threatened to send us to collections. We have had to spend tens of thousands of dollars hiring a lawyer, engineer, pool expert, etc.

1 star is generous. Pool was built by Geremia. I also have used the pool service. They have not serviced the pool for several months and continue to bill. When they have serviced they are here for less than 10 minutes, and do not provide agreed service.

They don't even deserve 1 star! We are beyond irate. Nothing went as they said and we're still in the middle of construction. The only time we get the attention is after we rant and rave about just about everything. They NEVER KEEP THEIR WORD and they say just enough to pacify the owners to get them off their backs. WE REGRET EVER CONTACTING THESE PEOPLE! DON'T DO IT!
