I bought a lifetime membership in 2006 and used it off and on for many years. After a post covid absence , I attempted to use a club and was told that my membership had been cancelled. The reason given was that that my credit card was expired. I explained that the credit card was replaced and that **************** advised me that all people currently debiting the card would be supported with the new card number. In addition, I checked my online account every year looking for an invoice to pay, but no invoices were ever issued after 2021 and my account showed nothing owed. I received NO notification by email or **** that there was any issue with the credit card, or my account. I was offered no opportunity to pay or warned that there was a credit card on file that was no longer valid.I was told at the local club that I visited that there was nothing that could be done. I was unable to get through to anyone at customer service, as there was no provision for a representative or category for my problem. My web account is still active, but my contract (GK38546) shows 'terminated'My lifetime membership should never have been cancelled. I would like this resolved and my membership reactivated. I am happy to pay any outstanding historical dues that might be owed.
