              24 Hour Fitness provides exercise equipment to its club members. However, the 24 Hour Fitness site 268 at ********************************************************************************** two major problems which affect its club members everyday: (1) Almost all the pins for weight equipment are lost. (2) Several pieces of equipment is out of order (e.g., the Abdominal equipment).These two problems have been persisted for weeks without solutions. This 24 Hour Fitness does not demonstrate the best business practices. It doesn't fulfill its basic services to its club members. I filed two tickets to the 24 Hour Fitness site 268 at *****************************************. The manager called me immediately, saying he has been waiting for budget approval for fixing the two problems.               24Hour Fitness charged my credit card for a membership I had cancelled. First the 24Hour Fitness online application did not allow me to cancel my membership. Then I tried to cancel in person but the 24Hour Fitness representative I talked to was not able to process my cancellation. He promised me to talk to the manager and take care of the situation but I did not hear back and apparently my membership was not canceled. I then called 24Hour Fitness to cancel again but again the company was not capable of cancelling my membership due to their faulty software. However, the representative I talked to explained to me that she made a note in the system so that their Headquarter would cancel my membership. However, apparently this did not happen and despite all of those efforts 24Hour Fitness charged my credit card. The fitness club itself is not great either. Overall, I CANNOT recommend 24Hour Fitness.
