    ActiveHerb has a Return Policy for their raw bulk herbs of no refunds. They have stolen money from their customers by selling them the raw herbs they have used in their formulas for granules that have been processed to extract the essential oils and nutrients. The pound of Astragalus (***************) they shipped me tasted almost like plain water when I made a strong decoction for tea.I called ActiveHerb customer service a few hours after they sent their emailed response to my request for a refund. The person I spoke with was very rude and refused to acknowledge the possibility that there could be a quality problem with any of their bulk herbs.They have effectively stolen $27 from me and who knows how much else from other customers.

    I've had numerous frustrating experiences with this company including a missing order, numerous missing items from another order and now, another order, which hasn't arrived. Out of all these experiences and having spending ****s of dollars, not once have the offered a refund but except resorted to various back and forth conversations, including having me send them the all of the item numbers for an order that I had placed that consisted of over 20 items!!!! So that they can somehow map it to the missing items. Not only does this not make sense, but just goes to show you how scammy they really are!

    We would regret to say this customer appears to be any online store's nightware. Here is why. The first order, according to the customer, went lost after delivering with image to her apartment office. Within a day or 2 she said she has got the same items from some other store and asked for refund. When we requested to confirm the delivery image for investigation, she was not cooperative. Then she placed another two orders. As per our standard procedure, once we receive an order, the order is fulfilled, counted out, and double-checked for accuracy by our shipping department before it is shipped out. We paid extra care in fulfilling her orders and triple-checked each item for accuracy. Then weeks later she claimed that multiple items were missing from both orders and asked for refund. We asked her to count the bottles carefully but she refused to cooperate. We have a fulfilling accuracy rate of around ****% so what is the odd to have every order going wrong with the same customer?She then placed another two orders to a different address. We had to wrap the package in seal and request signature from past experience but still ended up correcting the address and scheduling delivery. It took hours involving ****** the Apt building office and our customer service to manage the delivery which we hope eventually were made successfully.While we appreciate every customer's business we are simply frustrated by the encounter with this particular customer.
