Realty store's sales person called me as I am a Real estate agent. He promised me free leads for 14 days. It is written on their email as well. However, they started charging me from day one even before I create my profile on their website. First day charges were $249. When I called the number multiple times, no live person picked up. Not entirely certain this company is legit... Some of homes listed.. wel most of them were inaccurate, out of date, or non-exsistant. Sent in request to cancel days before expiration due to the fact had a local realator assist. Then come to find out days later, they still tried to initiate withdrawal on my card!! Cant recall why it was off at that time, but i'm glad it was.. Of couse like everyone else had to play the phone tag game trying to speak to someone.. finally got thru only to be offered extended membership at discounted rate 3 times if i'd stay. It was very disrupting as she continued on trying to sell when the first words out of my mouth was to tell her I was calling to confirm cancelation... I literaly had to break in and stop her from speaking in order to get her to comply.. I thought I would have better results with this company.Review from Viola H

I am a realtor and signed up to get foreclosure list but found out this company is a scam. None of their properties are accurate. bogus properties listed and 95% of the listings do not have any contact information and the ones that do, are not accurate. I canceled the same date I signed up. they offered me a 60% to continue with them for a lifetime membership but I did not accept. This company is a fraud and would never recommend it to anyone.Review from Devin M

Scam. Actually negative 5 stars but I had to put something to leave this warning. Keep trying to charge me $49.95 when I canceled 5 min after joining. Stay away from this site. Their listings show up as sold anyways on other credible sites. It's nearly impossible to cancel your subscription because their site keeps blocking or giving errors. I've forwarded this info to Colorado Atty Generals fraud dept.Review from Cam R

Received a call from a potential loan customer wanting to view a home that was listed at the Realty Store as being in foreclosure initiated by our bank. The property is not in foreclosure.Review from Christie D

Realtors, stay away from this service! They offer a 14 day trial for realtors. I only got one bogus, waste of time lead. I was unable to cancel through my account and had to call into the office only to be put through a phone circus with agents who harass you to keep the worthless service.The first agent refused to cancel my account and made an excuse that another department had to call me back. Had to call my credit card company and flag the billing as fraud. Don't do it. Stay away!Review from Cara L

This company cold called me and I spend over an hour on the phone with them. At one point the call disconnected, and I tried to call back, and the number was not able to receive calls. They called me back later, and continued to be extremely annoying. I would ask one question, but then they would ramble on and on and on about other things, trying to distract me from the question I had asked, but that they failed to answer. They had a terrible foreign accent. It was a horrible waste of my time. Their website, RealtyStore.com looks like garbage. I tested it out to search for property in my town, and there were ZERO mls listed properties showing up. What on earth? Then they tell me that they make buyers pay them for membership to their site, with garbage data. I would NEVER work with these people. 100% scammers all the way around!Review from Mary Y

Bad business. They’ve tried to charge my credit card for a subscription that I cancelled. Thankfully credit card company caught it. I also signed up for $1 trial and was billed the next month even though I called to cancel. Stay away from these people. Go to a local trusted realtor.
