            On Feb 23, 2024 I closed my ************** Account after being laid off from my job. My blance was $556. 22 and was told a check would be generated and mailed. I have had 3 separate conversations with **** about the whereabouts of this check. First I was told a "cyber attack" occurred and the check release was "held". Then I was told it was released and mailed on the 3/18. Today I am told it may take a few more weeks to receive my check. They also will not let me cash out my $75 transportation money that I paid into it. I feel this is fishy and want to report this and hope for a resolution.

            I have a flexible savings account through ******** am extremely disappointed & displeased with their services. Every time I used it for medical services like copay, medicine copay they denied the claims. One of the copay the doctor charge more for using fsa card and fsa denied it stating they are not responsible for card fee. They suspended my car because of this. So when I paid for my medications recently I paid with my own credit card & file a claim and of course they denied it. Im so fed up with this company. Its always a *********************** dealing with them.

            Hi ***-We are sorry to hear that you are so frustrated, FSAs are regulated by very specific IRS rules which often times result in consumer experiences outside of our control. One of those would be our inability to approve FSA the use of FSA funds to pay convenience fees imposed by a doctor or other merchant as those charges are not medical in nature. We would love to review your account and see how we can help you navigate what is happening so that your experience with FSAs is more positive. Unfortunately, we were not *** to locate you with the information listed in this complaint.
