First of all. The dental staff seeing my daughter are pretty amazing. They treat my daughter with respect she always comes out with a positive comment about how nice they are.The billing team is just awful!!! During the pandemic while the shut down for months. My payments were made diligently even though services were not being rendered and I was okay with that, I understood my money no matter how small my payment was would help them open their doors back when it was safe. Never did I think I would need them to have similar considerations towards me. I fell ill with covid and as a result I lost my job this year. I fell behind two months due to lack of income. I received a collection call and I asked to please give me a couple of weeks until my new job paid me. The girl on the phone talked to the manager who decided to give me a week less than the time I needed and had her tell me, that she would not give me any credits for the late fees.Since they set the date prior to my payday, I did not make a payment. Another girl calls 9/1 and threatens not to see my daughter on the next schedule appt unless a payment was made. I said, I talked to you guys and you are not giving me enough time. She had a very condescending demeanor, she said "are you aware that you are accruing late fees?" I lost it!!! I told her we didnt want to go there since the previous call had already gotten me upset. She said she would have a manager call me. It is now 9/4. 3 days have passed and such manager has not decided to reach out to me... I have paid the past due and each of their $25.00 late fees. My business with them is almost done but would not recommend anybody to do business with them if they have to deal with such humiliation and lack of empathy. Management and billing staff really need to understand that they are affecting this business with this behaviour.
