********************* is operating a scam and STEALS your money! Just ****** the site... tons of complaints about stolen funds, which happened to me. I tried to cancel a course and customer support ignored me for months. BUT, my credit card expired while they ignored me, so I thought I was good. What happened? They just kept trying the old card with new expiration dates until they found it and then charged me $299 that was NOT authorized!

Hello Chris, I kindly ask that you refrain from making unverified accusations regarding Steve Stine and GuitarZoom. Upon reviewing our records, the last email we received from you was dated 2021, and we have not received any cancellation requests for your recent active membership. Additionally, we routinely send rebill reminders to our active members well in advance of the renewal date. A rebill notification was sent to your account email on 02/01/2024, but we did not receive any response to that email indicating a cancellation of your membership. As a result, you were charged for the renewal payment. It's important to note that members have full control over their membership subscriptions. For further guidance on managing your membership, you may refer to the following help article: https://guitarzoom.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4403620408340-How-to-Manage-Your-Subscription-Pause-Cancel-or-Switch-in-Desktop-View Please be aware that your renewal fee is not eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy ( .https://guitarzoom.com/refund-policy). Thank you for your understanding. Regards, Jane Su of GuitarZoom Customer Support
