              This got to be ran by some foreign company because in America, we are allowed to return things with a receipt so youre telling me that if I buy something from one of those stores that use this company that they will hold my returns against me. Why even shop there? I say we start a no return no business and I promise you they will do away with that, because this is crazy, I should never be told that I have to have a receipt and show my ID thats how they track you by your ID. Lets make it discriminatory for them to even ask for your ID when you do a ********************** with a receipt. Cause this mess here is gonna get a lot of companies loss customers they gotta lose customers behind this cause this is not OK not for me its not no I spend my money if I wanna return a** baby to return it on open and Seal still on it and that should be just exactly how that is. They arent running anything and whoever continues to shop at the places that allow you to not returning something with the receipt within 72 hours is not a company I think I want to deal with and I dont think I know I dont want to deal with that type of company, because if I dont like something, I should be given the opportunity to either no returns for nothing at all or returned with a receipt not with a receipt and my ID thats not gonna work for me and honestly its tracking you without your consent and that is against not freedom cause I should be able to give consent for someone to just track me track my speed ages. No no I wouldnt give anybody clearance to track my spending who do they think they are my husband

              The company is a SCAM and everyone that works there should choke their fathers ******** My home was flooded so we bought alot of different products to repair our home, and we paid cash. Because the receipts were lost and we returned a bunch of closet maid items with no receipt or problems the next time I went to return $88 of plumbing supplies they denied me--so what now? Then I bought batteries- I thought that I was getting size C but mistakingly got size D --I went directly to customer service with my receipt and was still denied a return 2 minutes after I purchased with a receipt. I can't wait for AI to cause them all to lose their jobs.

              I made a purchase to ********** and upon trying to return the Shower Pan was told the Retail Equation denied it. I have been a frequent and loyal customer of ********** and am rehabbing my house. The report the Retail Equation provided me shows three prior receipted returns and decided to deny my latest one. How on earth can you do this to people and **********! Its a lose lose for both parties. I dont know how I can continue shopping there if I cant rely on having to return something that doesnt work out. I may have to bring all of my business to Lowes if they cant make this right!

              If I could give negative stars I would. I had three babies at one time during the formula shortage. Each one of my babies had different intolerances and allergies so they were placed on three different formulas. I had to change formulas for each child numerous times before I was able to find the right formula. The Retail Equation stored my information and had me banned from many stores because I was returning and exchanging formula often. My babies also suffered because of this. If my products have a proof of purchase, I do not understand why it is such an issue to return the product, especially if unopened and unused. Also, why is my information even being stored? I did not do anything wrong, I paid for my every single good I returned. It is unfair for people in certain situations similar to mine also. My innocent children were impacted very negatively by this company. I insist that my information is deleted, and the company re-evaluates their standards.

              How is this business legal? They're rejecting legitimate returns and picking on the little man. Will have to find help to dispute these cases with them.

              Horrible customer service!!! The lady name was ********, she wouldnt let me speak to a supervisor or give me an address or email to send in a complaint. The company would not allow me to return my items because I paid in cash. This is crazy I have never heard of anything like that. How are they allowed to get away with it. This was for an ************ store.

              Horrible customer service. Very rude representatives that repeat useless information over and over because they are likely instructed not to release any information that *** be unfavorable to them. The website to request your return activity report does not work. You have to mail, not email, any disputes or claims of misinformation to their CA adress and they will respind in 30 business days!!! Their retun algorithm must be faulty.

              Awful company. I was denied a price adjustment for an online order for a damaged item that came from Dicks Sporting goods due to this company having a bad report on me. I have very minimal returns, I do not meet a fraudulent profile and will also be joining the class action lawsuit.

              I was trying to return unused flooring that was just outside the return window I had a receipt and was offered a store credit. It was denied. All of these items were new and still carried at Floor and Decor. This is such a scam.
