            I invested money with Diversy fund which was said to be a Reit. They said they would invest my money in residential rental properties. I invested ******** on 10/06/2020 and ******** on 01/22/2021. The money earned was suposed to be reinvested for 5 years. I was suposed to get about 5% regularly which was from rents and the main earning were to be in about 5 years when the properties were sold. On 01/24/2023 i recieved ******* as a dividend though there had never been talk of dididends. I am suspicious of this company because they began advertising a special where you get twice the value of investments whatever you invested at that time. Also I have not received a **** for the dividend. They say dividends are usually recorded as regular income which is not true. I'm very worried and want my money back.

            DF is a VC/private equity opportunity. I don't think many on here understand what that means when they invested in the company. Do your research. This company is built on a solid foundation of proprietary software and multiple streams of revenue.
