              I purchased vehicle from AutoNation Plano on 6/8/24.On 6/9/24 I found some items of concern, so I took the car for inspection on 6/10/24. *** mechanic found some areas of concern so I returned to AutoNation Plano on 6/10/24 to discuss what could be done to remedy the situation. Long story short, the sales manager agreed to extend the return period to 6/19/24 and ***** miles so there would be time to properly evaluate the leaks on the car and determine a path forward.After evaluation there were too many issues found so I decided to return the vehicle. I returned the vehicle on 6/17/24 having added only ******* miles. *** sales manager stated they could not write a check until 6/19/24 because there was a 10 day waiting period from when the original payment was made.On 6/19/24 I returned to get the check and was told that their vendor CDK was under cyber-attack so they could not write any checks or access data.On 6/20/24 the sales manager called and restated that the attack was ongoing, and it may be a few days. I asked to be contacted daily so I would know that the return of my money was something that wasnt being overlooked.Its now 6/26/24 and no further contact has been made. I have been more than patient and understanding. I need the money returned immediately so I do not miss out on another vehicle I have found to replace the one I returned.If they cannot access the records, I can help. I have the paperwork for the deal. I have processed images from the two personal checks that were written for payment. I have the signed extension of return period. If they cannot write a check, I will take a bank wire.

              Terrible, *** had a major issue with them assisting me with a second op ion on my car issues. Called them three days in a row to get in contact with the technician that diagnosed my car and nothing. Spoke with ***** just now and she told me all the calling youre doing isnt helping, got told the technician isnt available even after me calling multiple days and leaving multiple messages. These people and company are straight trash, scam artists who act like theyre caring and good at their jobs and but are lazy and completely missing the point of customer service.
