This company is horrible - they never answer your questions or requests for information and their chat feature is a joke! Mortgage companies collect so much money from consumers every month - they should not be allowed to treat their customers this way!!!

Unbelievably incompetent. I never shout discrimination, but in this case they made it clear and obvious. I am a female with 25 years of medical practice ( married) and amazing credit. No debt and ******* dollars to put down on an assumable loan and they said no. I would recommend you go absolutely anywhere but here for a loan. ***** and mortgage companies are begging for business right now. Don't make the mistake of picking this company. If Lakeview Mortgage is on your list of lenders, RUN! DONT WALK, RUN AWAY as fast as you can. My mortgage was sold to them after about a year with my old mortgage lender. I had no problems with that lender. Lakeview mortgage has been trouble from the get go. Web site dashboard shows payments made, so your thinking great! Only to find out that monies are not being transfered towards a payment. So then your late on your payment. Then because your late on your payment, they suspend your checking and routing number and tell you they will only recieve a payment through a cashiers check or ************** When you try to explain your situation to literally 7 or 8 people, no progress gets done towards a catch up plan, over something that they have messed up to begin with. Worst mortgage company ever. Back in September of 2023 they changed their website. This change made it so that my payments were not being withdrawn from my account. The issue had to do with too few digits in either the account or routing number fields. Once I realized my payment wasn't deducted (about 2 weeks later), I called to get the issue resolved. That was October 2023. It is now April of 2024 and I can still not make a payment. Twice a month I waste close to an hour with thier useless customer service who promise the issue is resolved, but it never is. It's a constant battle of fighting to get late fees removed, getting my account unlocked, begging them to process my payment and take my money. Never in my life did I have to beg a company to take my money, but here I am.If interest rates weren't so high, I would refinance and get as far away from this trainwreck of a company as humanly possible.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC Response

The company changed their policy regarding partial or bi-weekly payments without notifying its customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! My loan was sold to them a month ago! I have not been able to speak to a single person with that company. Ive sent multiple emails and have called and called. I discovered by happy accident that this SCAM COMPANY charged me 1 month's extra interest every time I made an additional payment towards my principal - so be careful!I have been dealing with them for months, writing them and calling them, and in the end I determined that I could not trust them with extra payments so I went in and increased my monthly autopay to avoid the additional payments that they can't process correctly.Behold! They messed that up too... they claimed that I missed a payment, then cancelled my autopay, and after I called them and thought I got it fixed - they reported me to the credit companies and dumped my near perfect 800+ credit score to the 600s and I have never missed a payment in my life, have everything on autopay, and always pay ahead.The only useful thing I have gotten them to do, was to credit the extra interest they had charged me back to my account, thus admitting their guilt, but they did it as sneakily as possible by just making adjustments to the balance I owe.I wish *************** had not sold my mortgage to Lakeview, but maybe *************** is in on the scam too.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC Response
