If you're reading this STOP!!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY. I have moved multiple times in my life from ******** to ************, to ***, to ************* and so on and so forth. This company has been the worst experience I have had by far. Do not expect to be able to rely on them for quoted delivery windows or acceptable service. They told me they were going to come for pick up the day before and then did not show up for the window they said. I had to call and escalate to the head of the company for them to tell me they had run into "scheduling issues" and would try to make it the next day. Once I raised more concerns about having to take off work etc to make the move happen, they miraculously were able to come that evening for pick up. The movers hid some of my things in the closet and left them behind which I found out after they had left. The delivery is also a nightmare with these people. Even if you pay for expedited shipping, they will not honor it because the contract only suggests they will do their best to make the window without guarantee. Translation - they are not making an attempt for expediting your move. These people missed the window for delivery which I told them I needed because I was going out of town at which point they stated they would try again after I returned - fine. However, I messaged multiple times and they didn't tell me when they were going to deliver my stuff until over a week goes by for "expedited 2-5 day shipping" and I call and call and complain then again magically it is coming the next day. Then, go through the whole overshooting delivery window by 5 hours again and they bring my stuff. Forget about discounts for inconvenience, they overcharge me for re-delivery fee after they missed the initial expedited delivery window. This business is a nightmare, do not use them. UPON DELIVERY, OVER 15 ITEMS OF MINE WERE MISSING, GAMING CONSOLES, NESPRESSO MACHINE, GLASS FURNITURE, SUITS, EXPENSIVE CLOTHES. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST.
