From a consumer point of view, I view them as unscrupulous individuals who are willing to take advantage of a customer in any way they can. I have history I'm about to use to further this, showing that I've been a customer for years. My yearly price has been in the $90s , but then up as high as $107, which they did the moment I didn't realize my credit card had expired. This year when my membership expired, they began charging me $34.95 PER MONTH. No notification of any type. A customer has auto renew turned on and they take advantage of them. Contrast this to the monthly rate, which at the previous $107.40 would have been $8.95 per month. They charged me an additional $26 per month for three months now. They are not to be trusted. Their person responded back to me that they would refund one months worth. I told them I'd take it, but I was going to just take this. I'm going to go further by contacting the Attorney General's office in Florida. I will drop this if the limit the charge to $26.85, which the three months would have been at the previous rate that they should have renewed it at. Way to go, guys. I've been a customer for years, as have many others. Your site isn't worth $34.95 per month. This was their response - only letting people know this when they've already been billing them, well, it's something for law enforcement.
