      I have been a *** customer since 2014 I don't bounce checks I'm never overdrawn till today. This is the fourth time in 3 months my debit card has been hacked. Now today they took the bogus charges out of my savings and zeroed out my checking account balance. They know **** good and well a 75 year old woman isn't going to buy almost $500. worth of tickets from Seatgeek Event Tickets in **, so now my checking account is zero I have no debit card and no way to do anything. I have secure everything from debit cards to bank account to computer and iPhone when it got hacked the first time. Think maybe *** has an issue on the inside.

      Not a fan of ***!!!! I have called repeatedly about an issue Im having with the app, no one does anything about it. I definitely dont get the feeling like they care about me at all. Ill be moving to another bank ASAP!!!

      In May 2023 my check got lost in the mail for my loan I called Vantage to let them know check # ect. was advised to stop payment on check at my bank costing 27.00 and pay by debit card for the month and no late fee would be added and all this information would be loaded in there system thought all this was Great lady was very nice and understanding especially since I had never been late on payments. Got my statement this month to find out a late fee was added very dissatisfied I called to get this waved to be told I need a name of who I talked to well I trusted the lady and did not get a name but sure got a name this time Monica was who I spoke with in which stated she called the collections department and they would not help me in any way extremely disappointed with Vantage thought I was a good customer but apparently not

      This company has caused me undue suffering beyond belief. On December 31st, 2022, I was in a bad accident to no fault of my own. I immediately started all of the insurance processes, gathering paperwork, etc. The vehicle that was totaled was financed through ***. During the process of getting the totaling letter and getting the other persons insurance to pay, they told me to make my January payment and that after that, Id be payed ** and no worries about making any more payments. My payment from the insurance company came in ****** *** saw that they had reported my account as overdue or late to my credit!! It destroyed my ability to get back on my feet! Then, a woman I was working with said shed work on my GAP claim. She never did, & about 3 weeks ago I had to do it myself with my account still piling in as overdue. I spoke to person after person who said theyd help and didnt, said theyd do ****************** & destroyed my credit amidst their **** poor communication & lies. I am beyond ****** & exhausted from this accident, seeing as I had to buy another car to go to work to pay my bills with a fresh case of PTSD and no time or space to rest or care for myself. My car payment rate went up also simply because of my now poor credit. I hope Vantage gets what they deserve. Nothing but criminals.

      This is a review for the Vantage Credit Union Insurance Company...and like the other bulk of reviews saying I wish I could leave a zero star- same here! I have been with credit union since 95...and I fairly recently switched my insurance (home and auto)to VCU's insurance agency....they signed me up with ******....when my mortgage company sent my home insurance to ****** there was some sort of problem on ******'s end so they told my lender to resend the payment and somehow they ended up with both payments....then sent me a check for the overpayment through the mail and told me to deposit in my account and then put into my escrow account so there wouldn't be a shortage......this check was stolen somewhere along the line in the mail and fraudulently cashed now I am having to eat this in a larger mortgage payment....so now since they sent me a check in the mail I am responsible....I couldn't say less about the response I have received and the importance (or lack thereof)of the common sense that THEY sent this through the mail and since it wasn't sent certified they should be responsible until it reaches my hand.... unbelievable ....they (******)are investigating which they say takes 6-9 months....so I brunt their payment until this is done ..... awesome!.....so frustrated!!!!!

      I wish I could give a lower ranking than a single star. I HATE the new setup in ***********! The machine tellers are NOT handicapped accessible and do NOT offer Braille. The indoor lobby felt like a sterile factory with any chairs pushed up against the cold glass wall. I do NOT want to deal with this location. You have to turn off of ********* at 40 PLUS miles an hour and there's no driveway. The new setup is so inhospitable. The architect that designed this building should be shot! When you have a lot of older customers, a welcoming seating area is needed. No one wants to sit against a cold glass wall. Also, no one working there even offered to put on a mask. COVID is still very real. I will be looking for a new bank. The final insult is that Vantage moved their corporate headquarters to ******************* -- A SUNDOWN TOWN. That is a slap in the face to every customer of color and religious minority. I refuse to do business with *******************.

      I have been banking with *** for about a decade. I have never dealt with a more incompetent group in all my time as a customer and wish I could leave a zero star review. Most recently, we received a check from a family member for Christmas money from family in another country. We deposited the check on 12/30/2022 and the check had 2022 as the year written on it (this will be important as you will soon see). On today, 1/4/2023, our account was negative with fees and said that a withdrawal had been made at an ATM. We were stressed about it and called thinking our account had been hacked. Turns out they believed the check said the year ****, not 2022, so could not accept it. They gave us our fees back. Anyone with eyes can see that it says 2022, and no one would realistically write a check for 7 years into the future. They have wasted so much of my time today discussing this and will not resolve it beyond giving the fees back. No one is going to be held accountable for this error despite complaints. The contact center members and managers do nothing to help and have no interest in us appealing this decision despite us asking for further review. It's apparently not worth their time when a customer's account is negative through no fault of their own to remedy it. I am absolutely floored at the ineptitude and look forward to leaving *** as soon as possible. Their ATMs are always broken and, as you can see from my above interaction, they care very little about their customers. I will tell every person I know considering a credit union to steer clear of *** so they can avoid these situations that they seem to believe are completely acceptable ways to treat their customers. Do better!

      I have been banking with Vantage Credit Union since ****. They recently decided I could no longer use remote deposit because my account is not a high enough "tier." Oh well, there's a bank on every corner and two in between. I'll just move on down to the next one.

      I was recommended by a realtor, a one ********************, a mortgage loan officer with ******** ********** ***, a subsidy of Vantage Credit Union. I met with her the Thursday before Presidents Day, 2022. I told her what I wanted, and she began the process. I also informed her that I would obtain additional documentation and bring to her on that Monday, Presidents Day. She agreed and on said day, I realized that it was Presidents Day and DID not attempt to take same to her office in St. Louis County. ISSUES appeared almost immediately, after Presidents Day. She wanted to come to my job and pick-up the documents, stating: She was sorry that she failed to tell me they would be closed on Presidents Day. I allowed her to do so. She then begins to call me on my office telephone line vs calling my mobile. She then contacted my former employer in an attempt to ascertain certain information. Information that I could have provided her, without her sending any documentation to the former employer. She only informed me of her action, when they refused to respond without me signing documentation stating that they could release said information. Prior to signing and sending same back to her, I informed her I did not want my private information, current address, telephone number, current employer, etc. be given to them. I did not go into detail as to why, because it did not matter. She failed to acknowledge and do as I had asked her to do. I have a PO Box that she could have used as well. She chose not to. I believe that she did send over the documentation to said employer with my address listed. The Day before and Yesterday via email, she lied, misrepresented information, and demanded documentation that only an employer would ask for. I fired her, so to speak. I have all the email communication, proving these issues. What a horror, to trust someone and that trust be so easily laid aside! I would not recommend Vantage CU Mortgage to anyone!
