      I placed an order which was a little over $250. I got a shipment notification 7 days after my order and when it arrived, it was only one item! I emailed the company to where I got no response multiple times. On day 14 of the order, I had emailed 3 times with no answer. I called on day ************************************************************************************************************** I asked if I could cancel the lab coat so they could go ahead and ship the rest of my items, they said yes. 4 days later, still not shipment! Multiple calls later, I finally just cancelled my entire order. Totally time lapsed was 37 days!! I placed an order with another companysame items and received everything within 3 days of purchase. I will NEVER order from Scrubs and Beyond again.

      If you know exactly what you want in their style, size, and color, you're probably okay to purchase from Scrubs & Beyond. But if there is any issue that requires an exchange, I do not recommend them.The shipping paperwork that came with my order specifically reads: Exchanges of a different size or color (of the same style) are free!This may be true if you have a Scrubs & Beyond store in your area, but if there had been a store I would have gone there in person rather than order online. Lacking a local store you can return the product at one of their "Happy Returns" addresses and pay their $5 processing fee, but you cannot exchange it. My nearest "Happy Returns" shop was a local pet store. Clearly, an exchange was not going to happen there.At the bottom of the shipping paperwork was another note that read: If you'd like to exchange for different styles, or if you're returning due to a shipping/processing error, please call us at ... (BBB doesn't allow phone numbers)When I called this number and spoke with ***, he said he wished they would take that wording off the paperwork because it's not policy and he's tired of telling customers that. His recommendation was to return the product, order a new one in the proper size, and request a refund of $5 when placing the new order. He said there is no guarantee that the request will be honored or even that the price of the item will be the same as it was the first time I ordered, but that is all he could offer.So, I'm off to the pet store to return my scrubs, and they will get $5 of my refund.

      Ordered a pair of scrubs and only got the pants. I called and ask what happened to the shirt. The guy stated that the shirt was not in stock. He also told me that they will send it and charge me later for it. Just a little pathetic of customer service to lie about a shirt. If you don't have it say that. DO NOT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!

      My order says delivered. When I called they told me to call the police say that they can't do anything as it says it was delivered. Worse almost 200 I've ever spent

      Items listed as in stock but were out of stock. So I ordered a complete set of top and bottom scrubs. They send me the tops only. No email or follow up regarding the pants not being in stock. I call them today and they say yeah they are out of stock and have no idea when they are going to be back in stock. They also want to charge me a restock fee in order to return my top. I argued that it was their fault that they didn't have the bottoms listed as out of stock. They said that I can call back after I return the tops to get my 5 dollar return fee refunded. Very poor business model and customer service. Don't list items in stock that are out of stock with no idea when they will be in stock and then ship half the order knowing that the other part won't be in stock for quite some time. Who does this? Scrubs and beyond.

      I paid 25 dollars for expedite delivery. Placed my order on September 9, which was a Saturday. They sent me an email stating order was shipped. September 12, order has not even been picked up by ****** Called them and explained the situation and the person spoke with, told me they will be giving me the shipping money, seems like they forgot to shipped the order on time. Received my order 3 days after. So they literally charge for delivery method that they do not use! Steal your money. Today is September 21 and my shipping money is nowhere to be seen. I give two stars just because of the scrubs.

      We made a purchase and never ended up needing the clothing. Somehow the receipt must have been misplaced but was only a couple days time since purchase. When returning the Manager ***** was very unhelpful and unfriendly about the situation. The store claims they cant look up the purchase on the credit card used to buy the clothing. Manager seems as if she wants to argue with customers. I will never go back there or refer anyone to this store. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Go any any any where else besides this hole. Save your money.

      Never received refund on returned items, I was given the run around for over a month, I finally wrote off the loss that I should have checked the reviews before I ordered from them. I will never do business with them again. If I could leave 0 star review I would.

      I am very unhappy with this company. I purchased a pair of pants and a top separately. They were both in their own brand. The pants I received did not match the top, even though they were the same brand and color. I lost the receipt, so I went in store to see if any of the tops in their brand matched these pants, and not one did. The color was totally off. They are the only ones to sell this brand, since it's their own brand. It's an obvious fluke, but they refused to exchange them. They said they do not make exchanges. It's unacceptable

      Terrible, terrible, they nickel and dime you with everything, they take no responsiblility and try to send you to auto attendants and ai chatbots, nothing gets fixed without costing you,I ordered standard shipping b4 and they on their site say should arrive in 6-8 business days after order placed, 3 times my family has ordered and it took almost a month each time and one time we ordered in their store and delivery to their store took just as long, this time i ordered expediated which says in 2-3 days, it took 5 days for order to be received and they messed up the scrub pant sizes due to their sites measurements and descriptions, i bought cargo pants but they where still to tight in the thighs despite going up a size, their own packing slip details - exchanges under their " happy returns" are free if its because of wrong color or size and you exchange for the same items but a different color or size, not correct - their site only allowed refunds " with a processing fee" no other options, their chat bots say nope no exchanges its not their policy and when i typed well its on your paperwork it became evident its a person typing and they responded nope its not their policy no exchanges only a refund, when asked for a waiving of the shipping fee or processing fees they hung up on me, i called their customer service line and its just a ai switchboard where you cant reach a person, chat bot then said take returns to store to process and it will be free, but thats not true i ordered scrubs for my wife and we took them to their only store in **************** and still got charged a fee for shipping the return back and it took 3 more weeks to get the replacements, looks like your stuck in a pinch of if you need a replacement you need to pay for the correct items, get refunded by scrubs and beyond and pay their fees and to ship their mistakes back, terrible service and laughable when they say " happy returns" the only happy part is the terrible people at scrubs and beyond .
