              ***** was a most efficient and serious young man. He never forgot to put on the floor protection slip-ons. He took pictures and went through them when he was done to show us the insides of the equipment. We did not feel like someone looked at the furnace and AC and said, theyre good, bye! ***** was methodical and thorough. We will ask for him the next time we call D&H.
