Each time i have dealt with this company they have been wonderful; Timely and genuinely worried due to the system being down.First time i got a wonderful man named ***** who temporaried the unit so my mom and aunt wouldn't be without heat till the parts could be obtained. Second time i got ***** simply wonderful; willing to go the extra mile. I used another company and never again after calling one hour.
