Company performed work on ************* house and didnt payback a refund he had agreed to paying back and left multiple items with poor quality, partially completed, or not even started. ***** hired inexperienced people and cut corners. He didnt manage workers well and on multiple occasions was a no show when he said he would be there. Ultimately he started ghosting my ********* and I had to get involved, even though he still stopped all work and never paid her back what he agreed to refund. Work was partially completed, wood tile was not inset evenly (high points) and there was a wide variance in grout width lines. Cabinets were not scuff sanded before painting and now paint peels off easily. Kitchen island was built, but was left in a raw state without the granite top, drawers, trim, paneling, paint. Stainless steel oven hood vent was assembled and installed leaving protective covering and never started the decorative trim around the the hood and ceiling. This caused me some hours of work disassembling removing and reassembling protective coverings and doing the trim work. Multiple other items were not started or completed. As stated above, he didnt pay back a refund of well over $1,000, and my ************ had to pay out more money for Lowes to finish her island with granite, drawers, paneling, trim, paint!! I have been helping finish items that are within my skill set to save her money since she is on a fixed income. The name of the company Right-way-improvements was anything but that non-sense. The owner also has had 2 names in which he has a good reason why, but Im suspicious knowing how he managed this situation. If he can do this to a women in her 80s, h*** do it to anyone!
