      DSA/SSA Vacations I gave DSA/SSA vacations a -1star only because to post with BBB you have to or I would have given them a minus1Star! DSA/SSA is a fraud with *******************, ***********************************. We each purchased **************** to protect our Vacation to South Africa in 2020. I and family members have sent information to both companies in an afford to resolve this vacation which, was suppose to be our Family Vacation of a life time. Which was completely ruined by lack of communication, handling of monies, incorrect or no information giving. Giving clients and Travel consultant wrong information and not returning calls with updates on travel.We were told by ******************* Financial Manager that DSA/SSA would refund our monies and no need to contact Travel ******************** If we had any questions about the Refund Claim Agreement, contact *******... Who never replied or answered her cell or business phone. We sent paperwork to Travel guard ************* and DSA/SSA to confirm this over and over again. At this point and time if we do not get all of our monies refunded we will have to resort to Litigation Court. We don't even know what date if any that DSA/SSA have us schedule for cause we had *** agents call the numbers they have for contact, ring or no answer? Please response to this urgent message ASAP. DSA/SSA Vacations of ****** know matter what you change your name to you are out of over $10,000.00 since 2019 to Present.Regards,****************

      As of May 18, 2023 I have not heard anything from DSA/SSA about BBB getting in touch with them and or Litigation on our behalf. Need to know what our next step will be and Litigation if someone can help and let me know if anyone from DSA/SSA responded. Regards, *****************

      The most horrible experience ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TRAVEL. We booked a trip with them pre-covid for to go to Africa. It was reschedule 2 years in a row due to covid. Now we are trying to plan our trip and they are non responsive. They have almost $5,000 of our money and will not respond to any attempts to contact them nor refund the money so we can plan our trip with someone else. They are crooks and thieves trying to to take advantage of customers to recover for their loss of business that impacted them during the pandemic. We have a year worth of emails and phone records in case they are needed for legal action showing their little to no response over the year. Next step is legal action.

      My *********** along with another couple just returned from our trip DSA booked for us. We were supposed to go in 2020, then 2021 & postponed until July 2022. While the trip itself was absolutely amazing, the people from DSA were not helpful at all with answering our questions or knowing information.For example, we should have waited to get our ******** VIsas until we arrived. Doing it early put us in a line at the ******************* that took forever. They also did not know if our 1st lodge was inclusive or not. This they should have known.It may have been little things they didn't know or didn't tell us, however, that was frustrating. And it took days for them to get back to us every time we emailed them. Sometimes we had to email multiple times to get answers.A 3rd couple was supposed to go with us & couldn't due to medical issues that came ** in 2022. DSA refused to give them a refund of their deposit. And they did not offer to hold the deposit for a future trip as is their policy supposedly. Unacceptable!I am giving a 2 star rating because the trip was fabulous & the places we stayed were perfect.

      This company it not **************** daughter and three of her friends are waiting for a refund (which they were told in writing from DSA that they would get in December 2021.) As of this date, the company has refused to answer emails, phone calls, etc. Also listed on its website that they are BBB A+ accredited.
