I just had my second repair visit with this company in less than a week! First time for washing machine repair and this time to replace the rollers on the dryer drum. This company is great and one employee in particular, ******* is fantastic. Scheduling was fast and courteous. ******* is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Really happy we found this company and vitality! Thank you!!!

Very friendly customer service, went right to work to find the problem. Gave me price of replacement product with labor up front and showed me what was wrong with appliances. Wasted no time in retrieving replacement parts from across town and returned promptly to restore appliances to their reliable working order. Great service! They earned their name 5 Star for a reason! My name Is ***, and we recently had a service call with them which ended up running into a bit of a potential issue, but when I called the next day to discuss it, I was able to speak to the ****** *******, who took care of the issue without any further miss or fuss! ******* was kind, courteous, professional and returned my call promptly! We will ALWAYS call 5 Star for all our appliance service needs and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do the same! Great local company led by a stand up owner!!
