This company and *******, the service guy I always request, are both excellent. I have an 8+ year old ** refrigerator that I am trying to keep going until next year!There are 2 gaskets that keep air out of the bottom freezer drawer and both had ice build up and no longer work.So, ******* ordered them and will let me know when they come in. He will then come, install them and hoping that will take of the problem!I will never call any other appliance repair.Also, never buy an ** appliance.5 Star Appliance Repair LLC Response

I just had my second repair visit with this company in less than a week! First time for washing machine repair and this time to replace the rollers on the dryer drum. This company is great and one employee in particular, ******* is fantastic. Scheduling was fast and courteous. ******* is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly customer service, went right to work to find the problem. Gave me price of replacement product with labor up front and showed me what was wrong with appliances. Wasted no time in retrieving replacement parts from across town and returned promptly to restore appliances to their reliable working order. Great service!
