Williams & sons put in the original furnace at ** ******** *** the person who installed the new one told me they did, I purchased the mobile home 3/22, The furnace was putting out Carbon Monoxide, Williams & sons came out on April 6 or 7 & removed the old furnace, scratching my new wood floors, and scratched and gouged my walls, I had to wait a day before they installed a new one. When they installed the new furnace, they never checked to see if it was working properly, I called the owner Rob & told him it was not working right, that when the heat would go off, it made weird noises. & it was not putting out heat in 9 out of 12 floor vents. About 3 weeks later I called him agan to tell him it was not working, he said that he would send someone out to look at it, but he called the maintenace guy to the park Chris, Chris looked underneath, and the duct was not even hooked up, since it was warm weather, there was no need for heat, as soon as it got cold outside, we turned the heat on & it still is NOT working right, 9 out of 12 floor vents are not working, and you can feel cold air coming fom the vents. I emailed the company several times and still it is NOT fixed. What does it take to come out and fix their mistakes????? I emaild them on 4/29. 10/6, 10/6, 10/6, 10/7, 10/14, 10/21, 10/23, 12/27. 1/5. and 1/13, I get we are working on it, well how long will that take????? I would like to have heat throughout my entire home, only 3 rooms have heat, & the rooms get Super hot, while the other rooms are Cold. This home has not been lived in for years & Rob the owner knew that. When I e-mail him all I get is excuses, not good for a business owner. Fix it so I can have heat throughout my home & not have to wear layers of clothes, or when I go to bed have 3 comforters on my bed,
