            I had some tax debt that was only getting worse. When I reached out to IRSHELP, I connected with Jim R********** who very calmly and efficiently explained the process for trying to get me through this difficult time. I didn't know what to expect because I had never been through something like this before. There were some complications with my case, but Jim expertly got me through these complications. To make a long story short, IRSHELP negotiated an excellent resolution for me.
