Very unprofessional service, such a horrendous customer service experience. Anyone I talk to seems to be under the influence. They are scavengers but say they follow all federal rules and regulations but they find all the loopholes to take money. I will be refinancing my vehicle with a more reputable company.

I have had a loan with this company for 4 years. My husband is in the service and recently we learned about SCRA (service members civil relief act) our home of record is Texas , but we are PCS’D in Louisiana. We also learned that per LA law if a service member or spouse reside in LA for military service they are entitled to SCRA. When I called and spoke to American credit acceptance they told me I needed to send my husbands orders and LES (pay stub) over. When really they only need his orders. We sent both anyway. They refuse to obey the law stating his LES says TX and TX is not a spousal state so I don’t qualify. ***NOTE*** If they did apply SCRA they would be required to bring my 20% APR to 6% and pay back the last 4 years of 20% interest. Do the math. That’s a lot of money. I have explained this is a law in Louisiana. They continue to refuse to apply it. I wrote a letter demanding they do it or I will file a law suit and make a complaint to CFPD. They are wrong and trying to keep money that doesn’t belong to them.

ACA follows all federal and state rules and regulations concerning SCRA accounts and did so regarding the Customer’s account. Ms. ******* account was reviewed and it was determined it doesn’t qualify for SCRA APR reduction. If Ms. ***** has any questions, she can call us at ************ or ***********************************.

Ms. ***** signed a Retail Installment Contract with American Credit Acceptance, LLC (ACA) on September 07, 2020. The key terms of the Contract, including the Total of Payments (the amount the customer will have paid after making all payments as scheduled), were conspicuously disclosed in the Contract. A copy of the Contract can be e-mailed or mailed to Ms. *****. ACA can provide our Simple Interest FAQ which provides additional details of how a simple interest contract works. This information is also available on our website at americancreditacceptance.com/customers/faq. Regarding fees, if payment is not received in full within 10 days after it is due, the customer will pay a late charge of 5% of the part of the payment that is late. There is a processing fee that is charged by a third -party payment processor if the customer makes a one-time payment with a credit card, debit card, or bank ACH. ACA also has free methods of making payments such as mailing in the payment (check or money order) or taking advantage of our Autopay program, where the customer can pay via bank ACH with no processing fee. All fees were disclosed to Ms. ***** at the signing of the Contract. If Ms. ***** has any other questions or concerns, she may contact the Servicing department at ************.

This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life.First of all they gave me one amount to get my truck back and every day the amount Climbed higher $1715.66 To $2158.66 in just a couple of days They say that they work hard to help you get back into your vehicle. They are liars, because how are you trying to help someone? And you're going up on their balance the whole Time you you said I haven't till the 28th of March on the 19th of March. I spoke with someone and they sent me some false paperwork with a ****** sign on top of it, saying that it was rein. Statement paperwork for my vehicle. Someone is lying. II asked for an amorization record. They said they can't show me that. Where is my money going and why did they take my truck? For only change No remorse for me being sick. I have paperwork to prove that. Just not giving any kind of chances. And consistently going up on the price for no reason.Making it very hard to get the vehicle back.I am also going to consumer affairs tomorrow because this is unfair.I am still paying full coverage insurance on that vehicle Can someone please contact me again. This is an emergency and I believe that I have been giving false paperwork for this finance company. Something has to be done because they are trying to sell my vehicle. And I found that out from the Sirius radio company. This morning paying on my radios in both of my trucks and they told me that Dealership dealership contact them, cancel my radio subscription and notify them of a sale of my vehicle. My tag is still on there. I am not going to get in trouble for something they have of mine. I need someone to contact me as soon as possible. This paperwork does not look right

ACA makes every attempt to avoid vehicle repossessions and only does so when all reasonable efforts to bring the account current have failed. Notices/Statements were mailed to the customer which advised them of the status of the account. Customers are given the opportunity to get their vehicle back after repossession by bringing the account current. The unit has been sold, and Ms. ******* can contact the Servicing department to discuss the balance owed on the account.

This is the worst company ever, I was always on time with my payments and after my car was totaled and insurance sent them info on how much they would pay they had to consider the amount even though I had gap insurance to cover the difference of the amount on the loan. They took an additional month to decide to accept the check only to get the interest on the loan. They are money hungry and do not care about their customers.

A positive customer experience is a top priority for ACA, as stated in our mission and values. ACA apologizes for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. The process to complete a total loss insurance claim takes time due to the number of parties involved. Ms. ****** was advised that she was still responsible for making payments on the account during the Total Loss process. Account has been paid and closed and has a zero balance. If Ms. ****** has any other questions or concerns, she may contact the Servicing Department at ************ or the Total Loss Department.

I am trying to get in touch with the owner. George J****** or the CEO Jason B****** As your employees continue to lie. And withhold information And hide fees related to accounts. Then mock snicker and laugh and make comments like it's what you signed and your contract. If I could give 0 stars I would. Katie and Alicia is who I Delt. with in member services. And let me tell you. Alicia was not very pleasant. They take advantage of people that need cars. I have never been late on a 460 month payment an this is how you get treated ok ........ take caution .......
