    I submitted an application to rent a property at the cottages of Anderson on 06/14/22. I went and toured the property and 06/15/22 and was told I would hear. About why application by 06/17. After not hearing I called Kristen B**** on left a voicemail on 06/20/22. I never going a response I emailed Kristen on 06/23/2022. I finally got a response on 06/24/2022 telling me my application had been denied, and she attached the report. My application was denied on 06/17/2022, but I was not hearing about it until the 24th of June. I inquired about getting my $100 security deposit back. She told me that I would be getting that back along with the $100 administration fee. As of today 07/12/2022 I have not received either. I email Kristen on July 8th to follow upon on it. She told me she submitted it to the corporate office on the 24th and that it would be coming from them. After submitting an online request on the 8th to the corporate office and not hearing anything I called the office. The lady I spoke with I believe her name was Janice said she could not pull me up in the system. She said she would have to investigate. This is preventing me from being able to put further security deposits down elsewhere.
