      The vehicle I picked out and got delivered had rust underneath, not safe to drive and cant believe they sold it. The next vehicle has been smoked in and smells awful. I would never use Carvana again.

      Do not buy they will take a big deposit for your down payment once they receive it they will call and tell you you aint financed and then take over a month to refund would not recommend this business very poor service !!

      I will never try to buy from carvana again, the stupid shipping fee doesnt come back to you but they wont tell you if you need a co-signer or any extra information till a day AFTER you purchase the car. i had to cancel my order and i dont know when or if ill get the money i paid back but im so upset. apparently i dont make enough to get the car and that probably my fault for not checking to see what was the best option for me but carvana also doesnt give you this information till after the purchase and shipping fee has been paid. Im so upset about this because I need a new car bad and now I have to wait even longer to get a new car because of this. If i were you, NEVER go through Carvana to buy a car because they do have hidden fees and do not tell you any of the important things till after the purchase has been made, I hate you Carvana!

      I'm seeing all these horrible 1 star reviews. That is crazy. My experience was very good. I've done a very thorough research on the vehicle ******* Altima 2022sr) I wanted, applied & got approved! Delivery driver **** arrived 5 days later, was very polite and helpful. I test drove the car, it was good! Went to my mechanic and he checked it thoroughly, changed the oil and front tires. The only problem was when they ripped the tints off windows, the glue around was preventing windows from going up and down smoothly, so I had to take it to a special glass shop where they carefully removed all of the remaining adhesive. Cost me $80 bucks. Now its smooth. Overall I would give Carvana a solid 4.5 stars. 100% truth, 100% my experience!)) Make sure you do a very thorough research for the vehicle by Vin. Make and model, production year, assembly location, etc; Its very important.

      Deceptive business practices, customer service provides conflicting information, gives you the run around, refuses to provide documentation, will not provide legal information. Days 10 to 15 days to return money on order canceled within 15 minutes of order. Has been 20 business days, still no return of funds.

      I should have read the reviews here before purchasing my vehicle from Carvana. I am experiencing the exact same as others. I bought my 2013 Jeep Wrangler and it was delivered on April 4, 2025. On, April 6th, my check engine light came on for a misfire on cylinder 6. Was told it was a simple fix, was given the car back a few days later and the check engine was cleared. Right after my 7 day exchange window closes, the check engine light comes back on for the same issue! Now the Jeep has been in the shop for the past 3 weeks, and they still don't know how to fix it! I kinda feel like the shop was told to clear the code so my 7 day would lapse. Now if you do the math, this shop has had possession of this vehicle longer than I have. Carvana refuses to do anything. They say "I understand your frustration, this is not the experience we want anyone to have, but there is nothing we can do" Silver Rock, same thing. I have been speaking to all three entities daily, Carvana, Silver Rock, and the repair shop, yet I am still with out my vehicle. I just moved out of state for a promotion, so I am now without my wife and kids. They live 7 hrs away. I need my vehicle 1. To get to work and 2. To see my family. With owning the vehicle only 1 month and only being able to drive it for less than a week, there should be something Carvana could do, but they refuse to do anything. Do not buy from Carvana.

      Absolute disgrace! If your transaction fails due to their absurd 48-hour rule, brace yourself for an eternity of waiting for your refund. It's been over three weeks since we were promised our money back, and now we're hit with another email demanding an extra 3-5 business days delay. Their customer service is nothing short of deceitfulspouting manufactured, worthless assurances just to get off the phone. Their sham operation is built on lies and dishonesty, and it's utterly infuriating.

      God help you if you use external financing. DO NOT TRUST them to contact your bank to verify your funds. Carvana owes me compensation for the work their employees failed to do. Buying a vehicle through Carvana is supposed to be easy, fast, and convenient. However, my vehicle purchase has been none of the above. I wish I could get back the hours I spent doing the legwork to make this purchase happen. I have had at least four conversations with customer service, which yielded no results.

      I bought a 2019 ********** Atlas from Carvana that had a guarantee delivery date of April 29 between 11 AM to 2 PM after the vehicle had not arrived by 2 PM. I called at 2:30 to be told that they had me in the incorrect time zone but the vehicle would be on the way my time by 4 PM 10 minutes later I then received a text message telling me there had been a delay in my rescheduled appointment was now May 2 between 2 PM to 5 PM. I called Carvana to see if there was anything I could do to speed up the process because I had already sold my current vehicle. They told me that they missed delivered my vehicle and was in the process of getting it back. They delivered it. They stated to one of their vending machines. I informed them I was willing to go pick up the vehicle from the vending machine as long as it was local, they told me they would contact me back. Nobody contacted me back. I called back, spoke with the supervisor who told me that they would then call the local office and see what could be arranged because this was their fault not mine. I never received a call back after this. I then called again. I was told that they grabbed the wrong 2009 ********** atlas that vehicle had to be returned to the original hub and they would get my vehicle from the hub. It would be delivered later on that night. I never received a phone call confirming the delivery I called them back just for them to tell me that my vehicle had been delayed again at this point, I told them I didnt even want the vehicle and to cancel it. They continue to try to talk me into buying the vehicle even after I had explained to them my experience and then I no longer want to do any business with them
