      This is a project that was not completed properly or completely yet they ran my credit card without authorization. I attempted to contact them and was told they would fix it (first reason for the delayed action in this filing) . I then attempted to work with my credit card company (which is the second reason for the delayed action) but too much time had passed. I've continued to contact them via email 4 times, respectfully, but no reply. 1. The A/C installed doesn't reach 1/2 of the house. It was supposed to. 2. They did not complete the project based on what was quoted and promised - hoses and holes were not organized, caulked, or filled, allowing bugs, water, and animals to get in. 3. They didn’t provide a refund for the additional permits their team purchased as a result of them not passing inspection. This was promised over email. 4. Damage was not fixed or reimbursed for including the punctured wire, gutter, or side of garage where their team incorrectly installed the unit the first time. 5. Hoses were not run per the drawings or what was agreed upon and now look messy 6. Quality was not what was agreed upon - unit shakes the whole house despite that being the reason a purchased a new unit - their team said you would address it but I didn’t hear back. 7. You charged my card without authorization 8. Didn’t replace display panel that costs $700 and was to be included in the project.

      After Arrow turned out to be unreliable, we called Paramount and had someone come give us a second opinion. We were assured that there was nothing visibly wrong at the time. Two weeks later, the same issue arose and this time, the original issue was found by Paramount. In diagnosing, they told us itd be $1200 to replace the evaporator coil. This was seemingly all labor as the part was still covered under our 10 year parts warranty from ******. Under the communication it was a 4-6 hour job, we agreed to this.Installation day was 9/16/2021 and the jobs duration was 2.5 hours. After a couple requests, we received an invoice that said Indoor Evaporator Coil + Filter Drier, Quantity 1, Unit Price $1,200. The part was in-stock from their supplier but theres no breakdown of labor vs. the part, and the Acceptance of Work says the space marked Total is the total flat price I have agreed to pay.I called them to ask for a breakdown and they reverted back to this. End all, be all, we were charged $480/hour for labor on a part that was under warranty. The industry average cost of labor per hour is about $85-150. If it were a bit higher, especially in this market, Id understand, but $480/hour? That is a pure ripoff, especially when their second opinion was mis-diagnosed.Its yet to be seen how long this coil lasts (the one it replaced was only 16 months old) and I want to believe they did a great job. Their reviews prior to this are glowing but anyone charging $480/hour for labor using flat rate as a scapegoat for this wont be seeing my business ever again. Its a shame this didnt work out because the people I spoke with in customer service were genuinely kind people.I was linked up with the install manager who spoke in circles and seemed extremely uninterested in the concern I brought forward. I have escalated this and hope to hear back.Edit: In going back and forth with the owner over the past few weeks, it's evidently clear that he has no interest in reconciling. I cannot stress this enough - there's a reason they do flat rate pricing. I have the receipts of my claim.Unless there's some action taken on this in the form of concession, I am leaving this up and I cannot recommend strongly enough for you to steer clear.
