              I PURCHASED DNA KITS WITH FREE TRIAL AND CANCELLED BUT WAS STILL CHARGED ****** FEE. THIS COMPANY HAS FRAUDULANT BILLING PRACTICES AND THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM. Someone needs to stop this company from robbing millions of people.

              I would give them negative stars if you had them. On July 17th i ordered two *** kits from My Heritage. One of them was for me and the other one was for my mom. I signed up on their website I had a specific purpose for doing the tests so that I could eliminate my mom's side of the family and find relatives on my dad's side. I waited for the kits for over two weeks and when I checked on the website it said that my kits were in transit. I called MyHeritage on the 9th of July and got one of their representatives who said that she did not know what happened to my order but that she would send out two more replacements and gave me a month free on their website. I was only able to research my mom's side of the family because I need to take the *** test so that I can fill in missing pieces that only a *** test would provide. I still have not received the *** tests and I now have no way of tracing the new tests because they don't show up in their website now.. This place seems like a scam I wish I would of never went with MyHeritage. My wife, who paid for the kits is contacting her credit card company to get our money back. Very displeased.
