              I was charged an unwarranted $175 cleaning fee after moving out of an apartment run by this company. During the last walk through, employee Havita advised that I had left the apartment remarkably clean. Then came a bill stating I did not leave it clean. The provided photos I requested and explanation did not show an unclean environment. I moved out over a week before my lease was up and was told that there was a "strong odor" left in the apartment. There was no mention of this odor a week later during the final walk through, nor was there an odor present. This is an absolute lie. I agreed to pay fees for damage to blinds, but I spent quite some time cleaning that apartment and was reassured it appeared that way by staff.

              Cowboy properties is a horrible company. If you're low income, your apartment doesn't matter. You don't matter. Just pay your portion of the rent and leave us alone until your next rent is due.
