      We had them out for an emergency visit in December. Our heat was not turning on. Turns out we had a faulty fuse. Problem was fixed and everything was double checked over. He tried to sell us on a maintenance plan multiple times and we turned him down multiple times. He left and everything was fine. Fast forward about 4 months later, our ac was not turning on. We called a different company out and he immediately saw what the problem was. A wire was pulled out and twisted off to the side. (Note the wire didn’t just fall out, it was clearly pushed in the other direction) so turns out back in December when we turned down the maintenance plan, he probably left thinking haha they will call in a few months and I’ll fix their issue and they will see they need the plan. Anyway. I called donmar to speak to a manager. Was never connected to one. They took down my message and said they would get back to me. I had to follow up a few days later. Again, no manager. Was told that I was being fully refunded for the work done. So no apology, no questions. Just here you are go away, like it happens all the time. Which seems like it does after reading more reviews on here. Definitely a questionable company with terrible morales.

      We did speak with Ms Pribish today. Our technician on 12/26/20 made a low voltage wire repair on her furnace which restored the heat function. He had to cut out a section of wire that was damaged and re splice all together. The other company technician that followed stated that we intentionally left a wire pushed to the side- this technician would have no way of knowing the intention part, or why he would say that without any factual evidence. We refunded the full invoice amount of $198 in good faith that it would pay for any possible mistake our technician made. If we are guilty of anything is not responding to Ms Pribish in the timely manner. My self as owner take ownership of this problem and apologized to her for any undue stress we may have caused.

      Thank you Ms. Kristine P****** for your feedback. After 3 decades of reliable and professional service our scores of happy customers speak for themselves. This was a shorted thermostat wire repair. We had to cut out as section and re splice them together($198). To be accused of deliberately doing something like this is just wrong and would be bad business. People are smarter than that as we would have to return at our expense and explain why there was a wire out of place. If we make a mistake we own up to it and make it right. We were not given the opportunity up front so your full amount of $198 for the furnace repair was refunded right away. We do apologize for any inconvenience if a mistake was made by our technician.
