What a huge disappointment working with this company has been. I placed an order over a week ago that showed as in stock on the website, and the employee that I placed the order with over the phone assured me that it was in stock as well. A week goes by and I still do not have any tracking information, even though I was told that I would be receiving it in 3–5 days. I called the company, and spoke to a representative who was unwilling to do anything to ship my order any quicker, even though I should have been already holding the product in my hand, and was now being burdened even further by having to check in on them. The products on this company’s website are available many, many other places, I would highly recommend finding a company that values, and understands, customer service.

MR Wolford's order was placed on 4/20 at 5:12pm after warehouse processing had been completed for the day. We did not have the item available in our Pennsylvania warehouse, so it was transferred to our Texas warehouse. (When an item is available at any of our 4 warehouses, the item shows available on our website.) The item was then shipped via USPS, as per the customers selection on our website, and is scheduled to arrive today 5/1/23. Our apologies for any inconvenience.Review from Derek H

Have been using these guys for several years now and will continue faithfully - good service and prices on most items and if they don't have something you are looking for on their site or catalog just ask they can usually find it.Review from Patrick L

I would give negative stars if it was an option, they are over priced their products are completely horrible and can't hold up to the lowest of standards, they have made me lose so much money on my carwash and they have horrible customer service, they are a worthless company.Review from Brooke S.

I called ordered a preasure washer pump they say its back order put credit card on file for payment, evry month they give adrop ship date five monthes later they tell me absolutely no pumps avzilable!!! Then2 days later charge my card and send a pump they duplicated order and send second pump and charge my card again with out authorization and want me to send pump back first before the return funds absolutely do not trust these liars will never use them again. There management are somthing else not pleasant !!!Review from Chris R

They changed their billing system in October. It has been a nightmare ever since. No invoices received. Nothing shows up on their web site under history of purchases made. The IT department should be renamed "sales prevention". Would not recommend.Review from Al P

They made a sale, but lost a customer. I ordered 2 X 24 packs of little tree air fresheners for $12 and $14, was charged $58.19 for shipping....yes that is no typo, $58.19 for shipping ( have the invoice and the credit card statement) after the fact they already charged my credit card. The package was 7" X 7" X 14" and weighed approx 1 lb. If there is anyone out there that can figure out why this amount being charged for what and how it was sent, I and I'm sure other's would be interested in this Kleen-Rite business procedure towards its customers. Sent an email to Kleen-Rite customer service asking about this situation and a reply, to no avail. So obviously this is a "take the money and run" type of business. But I did earn 500 points for my next purchase from them, ha ha ha ha, oh lucky me, what a treat that is. Live and learn I, that's how some people like to do business and still be able to sleep at night with a clear conscience.Review from Michael M

WARNING DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD INFORMATION...THEY CHARGED ME RANDOMLY FOR AN ITEM THAT WAS DECLINED BY MY BANK 2 WEEKS AFTER THE FACT...I UNDER THINGS HAPPEN BUT WHEN I TRIED TO RESOLVE THE MATTER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE... MOM AND POP SMALL BUSINESS EVERYBODY IN ROOM MESS...NO MY BANK IS DISPUTING TO GET MY MONEY BACK....I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!Kleen Rite Corp. Response

Customer placed their order on 6/9/21. Authorization for the order was declined. Customr was left a voice mail on 6/10/21 regarding the declined charge. The authorization was run again on 6/14/21 and the charge was declined again. Customer was sent an e-mail notification of the declined charge. No response was received by the customer. Authorization cleared on 7/8/21 and the order shipped on 7/9. Order was delivered on 7/12/21. We contacted the customer to offer a return label for the shipment and would refund full credit when item was returned. Michael did not realize that the item had shipped as it would have delivered to a box that is not checked daily. He sent an e-mail today confirming he did receive his order and no return would be necessary.
