            We are a professional driver-education program. We guarantee active-duty or retired police officers provide 100% of the instruction and that each in-car session is personalized. We provide all required training to become licensed in our areas of operation (CA, DC, MD, VA), which includes classroom instruction, online learning, and behind-the-wheel training.  We also offer supplementary in-car training, specialized training to prepare for the final driving test (Driver's Test Support), manual transmission training, customized refresher training (e.g., for seniors or adults), customized corporate driving training, and skid-avoidance training (known as Skid Car).             On January 27th, 2021, I paid $640 for a combination of in-person and on-line classes for my 16 year old son to get his drivers license. For the past 8 weeks, I have attempted to schedule the in-person class, but there is not availability. I have contacted the office, and was told to keep trying. However, there is no availability. Today, November 29, I contacted the office and was told (by the accounting department) a refund could only be authorized for a minimal amount and that there would be a fee to refund my money. It is inexcusable to not provide a service and then charge a fee for a refund. I would like a full refund as I Drive Smart is not able to deliver the services I contracted for.
